How long does shipping take for my Owala order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or limited-edition 'Color Drop' items are final sale.
Are Owala bottles dishwasher safe?
Most of our bottles feature dishwasher-safe lids; however, we recommend hand-washing the insulated stainless steel bodies to preserve the vacuum seal and finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear, dents from drops, or improper cleaning.
Can I use hot liquids in my FreeSip bottle?
No, the FreeSip bottle is designed for cold liquids only. Using hot liquids can create internal pressure that may cause the drink to spray when opening or lead to burns.
